Refund Policy and Billing

The use of any TrackerFX product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to obtain access to the website version with the purchase of a subscription.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments only.

What is the billing process?
When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.

Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, customers can upgrade from the TrackerFX App. You can upgrade from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan. The amount due for a new subscription will automatically be prorated based on the amount of days used. If you need help upgrading your subscription, you can contact our billing department at support@trackerfx.com.

Can I switch subscriptions?
Yes, you can switch subscriptions at any time.

What is the cancellation policy?
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, please log into your account in Account Plan and click the Cancel Subscription button. Email us at support@trackerfx.com if you have any questions or issues canceling. TrackerFX is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.

What is the refund policy?
All payments made are non-refundable, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds.
