By accessing or using Tracker Fx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Tracker Fx is a trading journal and analytics platform designed to help traders track, review, and improve their performance. The Service includes performance analytics, trade journaling, account management tools, and reporting features, as further described on the Tracker Fx website.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in Section 5.

This requirement exists because the Service is intended for use alongside live or demo trading accounts, which require users to be of legal age in their respective jurisdictions.

The Service is available worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Tracker Fx is lawful in your country of residence.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately at support@trackerfx.com if you suspect unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Tracker Fx offers the following paid plans:

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice communicated via email or through the Service.

New users may access the Service free of charge for 14 days. The Free Trial provides access to all features of the selected plan.

We will send a reminder email 3 days prior to the end of your Free Trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@trackerfx.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

Tracker Fx stores your trading data - including trade history, journal entries, notes, tags - on our secure servers. This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as implemented in Portugal. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

You retain ownership of your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@trackerfx.com.

Tracker Fx connects to supported trading platforms using official, read-only APIs. You may revoke any connection at any time through the respective platform's account settings or from within Tracker Fx.

Tracker Fx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any third-party trading platform provider.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, or any connected systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service on behalf of a third party without their consent
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content, design, code, branding, and technology constituting the Tracker Fx platform are the exclusive property of the company operating the Service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your trading data and journal entries remain your own. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance as reflected in your trade history is not indicative of future results.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of data synchronised from third-party trading platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flow88 - Gestão de Ativos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where changes are material, notify you by email.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
