Yes. Tracker Fx connects to your cTrader account using the official cTrader Open API with read-only access. We can view your trades and account data, but we can never place, modify or cancel trades, or move funds. Your credentials are never stored — only an access token is saved.
Tracker Fx imports your full trade history from the date your cTrader account was opened. On the first sync, all historical trades are pulled automatically. After that, new trades are synced on every subsequent sync.
Syncs happen automatically every 2 hours for all plans. Basic plan users rely on this automatic cycle. Pro plan users can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the dashboard - the automatic sync continues to run every 2 hours regardless.
Yes. The Basic plan supports 2 broker accounts (1 of which can be MetaTrader). The Pro plan supports up to 10 broker accounts (2 of which can be MetaTrader). All accounts are visible from the same dashboard.
MetaTrader 4 and MT5 accounts are also supported with automated journaling - no CSV files required. The 14-day free trial is available for cTrader accounts only.
If you delete your cTrader account from Tracker Fx, all associated trade data is also removed from our platform. You will need to reconnect and sync again to restore your history.
