Yes. Tracker Fx connects to MT4 and MT5 via API using your read-only investor credentials. The investor password is read-only by design - it can never place, modify or cancel trades, or move funds.
No. Tracker Fx connects to MetaTrader entirely via API - there is nothing to install on your terminal, no plugin, no Expert Advisor, no script.
Your MT4 or MT5 can be running or closed; the sync happens on our side.
Yes. Both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are supported on every plan. You can add either version or both, and keep them synced automatically.
Yes. Most MT4 and MT5 prop firm accounts work, as long as the firm allows read-only investor credentials. If your prop firm restricts API access, you may need to ask their support to enable it for your account.
Basic supports 1 MetaTrader account. Pro supports 2 MetaTrader accounts. cTrader, Bybit and OANDA accounts on the same plan are counted separately, up to the plan's total broker-accounts limit.
Syncs run automatically every 2 hours on all plans. Pro users can also trigger a manual sync at any time from Settings; the automatic cycle continues to run alongside it.
