Group every trade by the setup that produced it. Each playbook tracks its own Profit Factor, Win Rate, Net P&L, average win and average loss - so you can compare strategies head to head and stop running the ones that bleed.

↑ Live preview of the playbook list. Click into any card in-app and you get the five tabs below: Overview, Won Trades, Lost Trades, Rules and Notes.
Open a playbook and the Overview tab gives you the headline stats for that strategy alone: Profit Factor, Win Rate, Net P&L, trade count, average win and average loss. Same numbers as the global Dashboard, scoped to one setup - so you know exactly which playbook earns its place.
The Won Trades tab lists every profitable trade tagged to this playbook - newest first - so you can see, in dollars, what your edge is actually paying. Sort by P&L, by R-multiple, by date. Click into any row to open the underlying trade in the Journal.
The Lost Trades tab is where the real learning happens. Every loss tagged to this playbook, side by side - so you can read back through the bad trades, spot the pattern your eyes skip when you scroll the journal in chronological order, and decide what changes.
Every playbook gets its own set of rules - grouped by category (Pre-trade, Entry, Exit, Risk, Management). Tick them off before you click Buy. Edit them after a losing streak. The rules live with the strategy, not in a separate document you forget to open.
The Notes tab is your trading journal scoped to one strategy. Drop screenshots, market context, what worked, what you almost did differently. Searchable, editable, dated - it's the part of trading review you usually do in a separate app and then forget to open again.
Name the strategy, write the first batch of rules, start tagging trades. From there every trade you tag with this playbook flows into Overview, Won Trades, Lost Trades and Performance » By Tags automatically - across every broker account you have connected.
If you trade three strategies your global Win Rate is a meaningless average. Per-strategy stats are the only honest review.
Playbook tags surface in Performance » By Tags, on every trade detail in the Journal and as shortcuts on the Dashboard.
Active playbooks are pinned as shortcuts on the Dashboard for one-click drill-in.
Explore Dashboard →By Tags » Trigger groups your trades by playbook in the analytics breakdown.
Explore Performance →Filter the calendar to one playbook and see exactly which days that setup paid.
Explore Calendar →Trades flow into Won/Lost lists for each playbook the moment they close.
Explore Auto-Sync →Everything you might want to know about Playbooks.
You tag it. When a synced trade lands in the Journal, you pick the playbook it belongs to from the dropdown - and from then on it counts toward the Overview, Won/Lost lists and Performance » By Tags » Trigger view for that playbook. The tag also flows back to the trade detail screen so the playbook is always visible.
One playbook per trade today. If a trade fits two of your setups, pick the one that produced the entry; use the Notes tab to capture the overlap. We may relax this constraint in the future based on feedback.
Up to 20 playbooks per account - plenty of room to separate scalps from swings, day-trading from prop-firm rules, and to add a couple of experimental setups while you test them. Delete or merge any time.
No. A playbook lives on your Tracker Fx account, not on a specific broker connection - so the same setup applies whether you trade it on the live cTrader account or on the prop firm MT5 account. You add trades to a playbook one by one from the Journal; the source account does not matter.
Today the rules act as a checklist - they remind you what the strategy requires. We are working on a follow-up where ticking each rule on a trade ties the rule to that trade's outcome, so you can see exactly which rule, when missed, hurts you most.
Yes - bold, lists, links, screenshots, code, embedded images. Each note has its own title and date so the strategy's history reads chronologically. Notes are searchable across the playbook and remain searchable in your global search.
Connect your broker, tag your trades by playbook and the per-strategy stats answer "which setup actually pays" by next Sunday.
